The contract between the customer and Kleeket, LLC for selling our products will only be set out once an order has been generated, processed, and dispatched. This does not influence the customer’s statutory rights. Kleeket, LLC possesses the right to cancel/refuse/refund orders without advance notification. Should Kleeket, LLC cancel/restrict/refund any order (if payment has been received), a full refund will be given over 14 days.
Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. At the moment of purchase, the buyer will only be billed for the cost of the products. If the requested products are out of stock, we retain the right to replace items of comparable cost or type. If required, we may reimburse purchases of out-of-stock items. Don't forget to place your order on the right day for the day of dispatch that you need. When ordering, include your phone number in the comments section. You'll receive delivery window notifications through text and email from our partner courier. After you place your purchase, we are unable to make changes or add more goods.Additionally, we are unable to alter delivery dates. Where necessary, a shipping fee will be applied to the total of your order before checkout, and payment will be displayed.
Delivery Conditions
In order to guarantee that your order stays frozen throughout transportation, minimum and maximum weights are defined. Your doorstep will be where your packages will be deposited; no signature is required. If a safe location is not available, this might be left with a neighbor, and in very rare cases, delivery is tried the next day again. Orders may occasionally ship for less than anticipated, in which case we reserve the right to refund the difference. Every successful delivery is documented with a photo.
After a successful delivery, the client takes up responsibility for the order's physical protection.The order would be left at the most logical location if you specified a secure location that was unreachable during checkout. Within 24 or 48 hours, we won't replace or refund purchases that were refused. If your purchase disappears after delivery, we are unable to give credit notes or refunds unless HRDF or DHL are shown to be at fault. If you have any questions or would want to place sizable purchases, kindly get in touch with us. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Rights to Reject
Generally, you have up to one day before delivery to cancel your purchase (after it has been approved by us) for any reason. If you cancel the order during this window, your funds will be fully reimbursed within 14 days, less the 2.9% + 30p processing fee we will charge if you choose to pay online. To cancel your order, use the contact page to phone or email us. If merchandise is delivered damaged, Kleeket, LLC will replace it. Only after receiving the returned products in the identical condition, they were sent out will we provide a refund. Perishable items are not allowed to be returned by law, although we may choose to do so as a favor to our customers. The cost of return postage is not refundable.
If there is a problem with delivery or couriers that causes your product to arrive spoilt, damaged, missing, or in an unacceptable state, we will refund your purchase or replace it under the following circumstances:
Our boxes maintain everything's frozen state for 48 hours; however, on rare occasions, orders may be delayed by our courier while en route. Orders that have been rejected within 48 hours won't be replaced or refunded by us. Kleeket, LLC must be notified of ALL claims for spoiled, damaged, missing, or faulty items and any other issues within 12 hours of delivery (photographic evidence must always be provided to support any claim involving spoiled, damaged, or defective goods). Within 14 days of receiving the returned items, refunds will be granted.
